MicroStrategy rose about 6.5% in pre-market trading, leading the cryptocurrency sector in today's U.S. stock market

Odaily News Stocks related to the cryptocurrency industry rose in pre-market trading, with MicroStrategy leading the gains. Among the major cryptocurrency and blockchain-related stocks traded on the Nasdaq, MicroStrategy rose about 6.5% to $224.68, while Coinbase rose 4.5% to $184.29. Cryptocurrency mining companies also rose, with Nasdaq-listed Bitfarms shares rising 3.8% to $1.92.
