Arbitrum community proposes to transfer 220 million ARB from the "Game Catalyst Project" multi-signature wallet to the Arbitrum DAO treasury

Odaily News According to a proposal published on the Arbitrum Community Forum, community members suggested transferring 220 million ARB from the Game Catalyst Program (GCP) multi-signature wallet to the Arbitrum DAO treasury, leaving only 3.65 million ARB for GCP to continue operating until further funding is required from governance. The proposal points out that GCP has failed to fulfill its supervisory responsibilities and that 3/5 of the multi-signature wallets that control $120 million in funds pose security risks. GCP's operations are currently progressing slowly and have not yet met its set transparency and oversight commitments, further increasing community concerns.
