French blockchain securities trading platform Kriptown completes 4.2 million euros in Series A financing, led by BNP Paribas

Odaily News French blockchain securities trading platform Kriptown announced the completion of a 4.2 million euro Series A financing round, led by BNP Paribas, Bpifrance and Centilux Family Office, with BNP Paribas and Bpifrance becoming shareholders of the company. The new funds will be used to establish a European stock exchange specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises under the European DLT pilot system, allowing the creation of financial markets based on blockchain technology. In addition, Kriptown has formally submitted a DLT TSS (Trading and Settlement System) license application to the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) under the European DLT pilot system.
