Odaily News Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz said Turkey is not considering additional tax proposals this year, ruling out the possibility of taxing stock trading or cryptocurrency profits. "There is no stock tax on our agenda. We discussed it before, but it was not included in the agenda in the end," Yilmaz said on Monday. He said officials will focus on "narrowing" the scope of tax exemptions in the coming period. (Bloomberg)
