Odaily News Real estate investor Witkoff and Trump Organization Executive Vice President Eric Trump are two of the decision-makers of the Trump family's crypto project World Liberty Financial, according to people familiar with the matter. Both companies are new players in the crypto industry. CNBC contacted Eric Trump and Witkoff to ask about their leadership roles in World Liberty Financial, but did not immediately receive a response. A person familiar with the project revealed that Witkoff had little interest in understanding how the platform works. The source also said that anyone who wanted to know important details of the platform, including the white paper, was asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. In addition, Donald Trump is not currently involved in the construction of the platform. (CNBC)
