Phoenix DeFi Protocol Developer Ellipsis Labs Launches Atlas Testnet

Odaily News Ellipsis Labs, the developer of Phoenix, a DeFi protocol on Solana, announced the launch of the Atlas testnet optimized for DeFi. Atlas uses the Solana virtual machine as the execution layer and uses the Ethereum mainnet for settlement, which is compatible with existing Solana programs.
