Regulated prediction market platform Kalshi wins CFTC lawsuit and is allowed to launch US election predictions online

Odaily News Regulated prediction market platform Kalshi has won its case against the CFTC over whether the platform can open predictions for the US election. Kalshi is reportedly only operating in the United States and settles transactions in regular US dollars. However, every prediction contract it lists is subject to approval or review by the CFTC.
