This adjustment is based on an analysis of withdrawal activity over the past four months, and it is believed that a smaller buffer period is sufficient to handle almost all withdrawal activities. It should be noted that this only applies to cross-chain from Blast to the Ethereum mainnet, and cross-chain from the Ethereum mainnet to Blast still only takes a few minutes.
