Odaily News Polygon has released the latest version of its zero-knowledge proof system, "Plonky3," which is more flexible than previous models. Proof systems are an important part of the core of the blockchain ecosystem, allowing secondary "rollup" networks to confirm transactions on base chains such as Ethereum. Polygon's previous version, Plonky2, was released in 2022. Plonky3 is now available as open source software under MIT and Apache licenses. (Coindesk)
