Odaily News Starknet said that STRK staking will soon be available on Starknet, aiming to add more utility to STRK tokens and gradually increase the decentralization of the network. According to the disclosed information, the testnet and mainnet will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2024. In this initial stage, neither StarkWare nor the Starknet Foundation will participate in staking activities, so neither StarkWare nor the Starknet Foundation is eligible for any staking rewards. In addition, all locked tokens are currently not eligible for staking.
