Farcaster user engagement reaches all-time high

Odaily News Decentralized social media protocol Farcaster is seeing record user engagement, with the platform seeing over 73,700 unique casters last week, an all-time high. The protocol has generated 611.03 ETH in revenue. One possible reason for the surge in users is founder Dan Romer’s announcement that they are developing a new tool to make in-app payments with USDC. The feature is designed to solve the long-standing problem of having to look up someone’s alphanumeric wallet address and allow users to send directly via a Farcaster ID.
