Odaily News According to Arkham monitoring, a wallet address marked as "German Government" withdrew a total of 1,118 BTC (about 64.71 million US dollars) from CEX and other addresses this morning, including 710 BTC from Kraken and a total of 408 BTC from three unmarked addresses.
