Odaily News The FTX Creditors Committee announced on the X platform that the FTX debtors submitted a revised restructuring plan and corresponding disclosure statement on May 7. The FTX Creditors Committee is currently evaluating the plan and has not become a "supporting party" in the definition. Objections to the disclosure statement must be submitted before June 5, 2024. The most important thing at present is to maximize the creditors' recovery interests and minimize the time to achieve this goal. Creditors are encouraged to follow further updates through Threads and Reddit's FTX_Committee page.
