VanEck files new S-1 filing, no authorized participants named

Odaily News VanEck submitted the sixth version of the revised S1 document to the SEC for its spot Bitcoin ETF. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart said that VanEck officially announced a cash-only creation/redemption model through the document, but authorized participants have not yet been announced.
