FTX and its affiliated debtors reach global settlement with joint official liquidators

Odaily News FTX and its associated debtors and the joint official liquidators have reached a global settlement with respect to FTX Digital Markets, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the FTX debtor. FTX Digital Markets is currently undergoing liquidation proceedings in the Bahamas. The settlement is reflected in a global settlement agreement signed by the parties today. The global settlement agreement is subject to approval by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the Supreme Court of the Bahamas. (PR Newswire)
