Unisat: error condition exists in ordiscan indexer

Odaily News Unisat official tweet stated that the address was checked on 4 different indexers. UniSat, OKX and Ordinalscan numbers are all consistent, but ordiscan is inconsistent with the former, and the indexer has some errors (such as inability to handle decimals accurately) .
