US stock pre-market briefing: Musk targets EUV light source, Meta releases lightweight AI model

1. All three major US stock index futures turned lower in unison. Dow futures fell 0.10%, S&P 500 futures fell 0.05%, and Nasdaq 100 futures fell 0.08%.
2. International oil prices rebounded across the board. WTI crude oil futures rose 1.84% to $79.622 per barrel; Brent crude oil futures rose 1.74% to $85.005 per barrel.
