The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission pointed out that the company appeared to be targeting Hong Kong investors and claimed to have obtained a license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, but this was not the case. So far, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has listed nine suspicious virtual asset trading platforms.
