Upbit: Deposits and withdrawals of QTUM will be suspended due to QTUM network hard fork upgrade

Odaily News Upbit announced that due to the QTUM network hard fork upgrade, QTUM withdrawals/recharges will be suspended on November 26. An announcement will be made when withdrawals/recharges are resumed after the upgrade.
