Vitalik Buterin, when participating in the Reflexer Finance Discord discussion, stated that he believes RAI, as the first stablecoin on the Reflexer platform, could become an active participant in the field of Liquidity Staking Derivatives (LSD). He also believes that the rise of RAI can address the issue of Lido dominating the LSD ecosystem. Lido currently controls over 30% of the LSD in the cryptocurrency market.



Vitalik mentioned that if the RAI community takes a more proactive governance approach to support Staked ETH tokens and intentionally accepts non-dominant forms of Staked ETH tokens, it would be sufficient.



Reza.eth, a member of the RAI team, pointed out that Vitalik's thoughts align with the team's plans. He believes that more governance is needed to support less popular LSD options. (Coinedition)
