Base second round Prop House funding has started.

Odaily News: According to official sources, Base has announced the launch of its second round of Prop House funding, which will support the development of new protocols, tools, and infrastructure on Base.
To be eligible, applicants must have an ENS domain on the mainnet, an address with 0.025 ETH, be of legal age in their respective state or country, and not be residents of any sanctioned countries. The deadline for applications is August 24th.
Baseisfor Builders NFT holders can vote, with each address having one vote. The top 5 proposals will each receive a grant of 5 ETH.
