According to yesterday's report, the SEC has officially acknowledged Bitwise's Bitcoin ETF application. James Seyffart, a Bloomberg ETF analyst, noted that this formally initiates the SEC's review process. Seyffart pointed out that "this is just one step in the process, and even if Gensler/SEC plans on rejecting them next month, it is still possible."
