Odaily News: PoST mining blockchain project Spacemesh announced that its mainnet will go live on July 14th. After the mainnet launch, any user with a standard consumer-grade PC can participate in mining and earn Smesh coins. The minimum requirements for running a node are as follows:
· CPU: Intel or AMD x86-64 or 64-bit ARM, including Apple Silicon (excluding Raspberry Pi)
· Memory: more than 1GiB
· Operating System: Windows 10/11, MacOS, Ubuntu 22.04+, or Fedora 36+
· Disk: 50GiB available disk space
· Always-on, unlimited internet connection with download speed of 5 mbps and upload speed of 1 mbps.
