Odaily News According to Bloomberg, Citigroup is reconsidering its partnership with Metaco, a cryptocurrency custody company, after Ripple Labs agreed to acquire Metaco for $250 million. Citigroup has started negotiations with several other custodial service providers. (Bloomberg)



Earlier reports from cryptocurrency consulting firm Architect Partners speculated that Ripple's acquisition of Metaco would trigger mergers and acquisitions in the cryptocurrency custody industry.
