Reuters: Paxos is in constructive discussions with the US SEC on BUSD

Odaily星球日报讯 根据Paxos首席执行官的一封内部电子邮件，Paxos Trust Company正在与美国SEC进行建设性讨论，此前Paxos披露，SEC告知该公司应该将BUSD注册为证券。

Paxos首席执行官Charles Cascarilla在周六发给Paxos员工的一封电子邮件中表示：“我们正在与美国SEC进行建设性的讨论，我们期待在私下继续对话。”

2月中旬，纽约金融服务部命令Paxos停止发行新的BUSD。之后Paxos发布公告称，将终止与币安就BUSD的合作关系，并从2月21日起停止发行新的BUSD。

Paxos表示，目前BUSD有充分的储备金支持，客户至少在2024年2月前可赎回BUSD，或将BUSD转换为USDP。（路透社）
