Odaily星球日报讯 马耳他金融服务管理局披露FTX于2022年4月在当地注册了两家公司，分别是：FTX Malta Gaming Services Limited和FTX Malta Holdings Limited，SBF是这两家公司的唯一董事。

不过这两家公司均未获准在马耳他境内外开展与虚拟金融资产或加密货币相关的任何活动。该机构补充称，他们将继续监测国际形势以密切关注 FTX 破产可能对当地加密牌照持有方产生的潜在影响。（Times of Malta）
