长江存储母公司科创板IPO获受理,拟募资330亿元
The parent company of YMTC (Yangtze Memory Technologies), CCSH Corporation, has had its STAR Market listing application accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with plans to raise 33 billion RMB (approximately 4.9 billion USD). The expected market value after listing is estimated at 275 billion to 330 billion RMB. If completed successfully, this IPO is expected to become the third-largest in STAR Market history, trailing only ChangXin Memory Technologies and SMIC.
According to the prospectus, CCSH recorded revenue of 47 billion RMB in the first quarter of 2026, nearly five times that of the same period last year, with net profit reaching 33.38 billion RMB, more than double the full-year level of 2025. During the same period, the average selling price of NAND flash memory rose to 2.73 times the 2025 average level, while gross margin increased from 35.3% to 76.8%. The company plans to allocate 20.8 billion RMB from the raised funds to expand production lines, and 12.2 billion RMB for R&D on next-generation NAND flash and high-speed storage products. (Reuters)
