Solana validator governance proposals SGP-0001 to SGP-0003 open for voting

Odaily News: Solana Developers announced on the X platform that voting for Solana validator governance proposals SGP-0001, SGP-0002, and SGP-0003 has commenced and will remain open until the end of epoch 1023. The three proposals are as follows: SGP-0001 adopts the "Solana Constitution" to activate on-chain governance mechanisms; SGP-0002 increases the deflation rate from the current 15% to 30%; SGP-0003 restructures base transaction fees, dividing them into a fixed base inclusion fee paid to block producers, and a separate resource fee calculated based on transaction costs which is 100% burned.
