Real expense of US military operations against Iran reportedly reaches hundreds of billions of dollars

Odaily Planet Daily reported that sources from the US side indicate the actual expenditure on US military operations against Iran could be as high as $100 billion, far exceeding the $31 billion officially announced by the US government. Sources say an internal assessment by the US Department of Defense shows the actual spending on military operations against Iran ranges between $80 billion and $100 billion. The significant gap with the previously announced figure is mainly because the earlier estimate did not cover undisclosed combat expenses, losses of advanced fighter jets, and severe damage to US military facilities in the Middle East.
