Odaily reports: The Intermediate People's Court of Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province publicly pronounced the first-instance verdict in the bribery case of Xu Hao, former Party Secretary and Chairman of Yunshang Guizhou Big Data (Group) Co., Ltd. Defendant Xu Hao was sentenced to eleven years and six months in prison for accepting bribes, and fined 1.2 million yuan; the bribes received by Xu Hao and the proceeds generated therefrom are to be recovered in accordance with the law and turned over to the state treasury.
