Odaily News: Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has filed a civil lawsuit against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, its intelligence agency Reconnaissance General Bureau (RGB), and the state-sanctioned hacking group Lazarus Group, in connection with a hacking incident valued at $1.5 billion.
