UTXO and Sora Ventures acquire majority stake in HK Asia Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed company

Odaily News UTXO Management announced that it has partnered with Sora Ventures to complete a strategic Web3 acquisition. The two companies plan to acquire 70.26% of the issued share capital of HK Asia Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed company. The company intends to rename the company Moon Inc. The new leadership team is committed to creating higher returns for the business and shareholders, and plans to use its resources and experience to invest in Bitcoin, Web3 and cryptocurrencies.
It is reported that UTXO and Sora Ventures have helped Japanese listed company Metaplanet expand its Web3 and Bitcoin strategies.
