ArkStream Founding Partner: Discussed investment with Li Bojie, but later found his contract very amateurish — he hadn't even clearly figured out the token unlock schedule
Odaily Planet Daily: ArkStream Capital founding partner Ye Su posted on X, stating: "When Li Bojie was fundraising, he also spoke with us. We thought the project background was decent and expressed interest. Later, during the due diligence (DD) stage, we discovered that Li Bojie deliberately conflated funds that were interested with those that had actually invested. Moreover, the contract he sent over was very amateur — the team hadn't even figured out the token unlock schedule clearly. At one point, they replied, 'We can decide later,' and then later said, 'We can set it in advance now.' So, we decided to pass."
Ye Su also mentioned: "Having worked in primary market investing for 8 years, my most profound insight is that a founder's character has nothing to do with their talent. Founders are always very humble when they're down and fundraising, but it's when they gain something that you truly test a person's character. Li Bojie is a typical example — he even dares to come out and respond, which shows he feels righteous in scamming for money."
