Zelenskyy sends open letter to Putin, proposing a meeting

The open letter stated that Ukraine has no intention of prolonging the conflict and has proactively proposed a ceasefire negotiation plan. Regarding the meeting and negotiation process, Ukraine proposed that the two sides first conduct direct consultations, followed by the participation of the United States, Europe, and other relevant parties in the negotiations, to provide support for the subsequent construction of a security guarantee system. In the letter, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is ready for the negotiation preparations, willing to implement a comprehensive ceasefire during the negotiation process, and to carry out prisoner exchanges with Russia based on the principle of "all for all," fully cooperating to advance peace negotiations.
