Bitcoin miner Cango completes 10-for-1 reverse stock split and will adopt new CUSIP

Odaily Planet Daily Report Bitcoin mining company Cango, listed on the US stock exchange, announced that it completed a 10-for-1 reverse stock split plan at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 20, 2026, involving the company's authorized, issued, and outstanding Class A and Class B common shares. The consolidated Class A common shares will resume trading on the New York Stock Exchange at the opening bell on July 21, 2026, under the ticker symbol "CANG," but will adopt a new CUSIP number: G1820C 110.

Following the reverse stock split, Cango's total authorized share capital remains at $100,000, divided into 100 million common shares with a par value of $0.001 per share, comprising 92,067,428 Class A common shares and 7,932,572 Class B common shares. (PRNewswire)
