Japanese and South Korean stock markets both turn downward

Odaily Planet Daily News: According to Gate data, the Nikkei 225 index has fallen back below 71,000 points, down 0.11% intraday. The Korea KOSPI index has dropped below 9,000 points, with an intraday decline of 0.73%, after previously rising over 3%.
