3 hours, single token hits A7, BNC surges over 50% pre-market, BSC stock-Meme flywheel restarts
- Key Takeaway: Four.meme has launched the 4Stock stock-token pairing model, issuing BNC4 tokens pegged to the U.S. stock CEA Industries, reaching a market cap of $90 million within 3 hours, creating a flywheel effect where on-chain Meme tokens drive up small-cap stocks.
- Key Elements:
- 4Stock serves as a complement to Binance's bStock on BNB Chain, supporting tokenization of small-cap stocks not covered by bStock. If listed on bStock, conversion occurs at 1:1, without diverting official traffic.
- The first token, BNC4, is pegged to BNC stock, hitting a peak market cap of $90 million within 3 hours of launch, now retreating to around $40 million, with the price at one point trading at a 10x premium to the underlying stock.
- BNC's underlying stock rose over 50% pre-market, currently at $5.50, demonstrating the pull effect of on-chain Memes on physical stocks.
- One trader bought 4Stock for $4,400, with floating profits reaching $1.08 million; another player invested $30,000 and profited approximately $230,000, a 7x return on a single token.
- The 4Stock minting process is manual, with the platform charging a 1% minting fee and committing to purchase underlying assets within 24 hours — the time gap is the key to arbitrage.
- Over $2 million in minting requests have been received, but the U.S. market closure limits official stock purchases; today's market open performance warrants attention.

The BSC tokenized-equity Meme counterattack continues, and Meme masters are raking in profits once again.
On the morning of September 8, CZ stated on X that "IPOs will move on chain." The very next minute, BSC Meme launchpad Four.meme introduced a new tokenized-equity paired Meme token launch model—4Stock—and issued its first stock token, BNC4, pegged 1:1 to the US stock CEA Industries (BNC).
Shortly after, the first Meme coin, 4Stock, using BNC4 as its liquidity pool was born. Within just 3 hours of listing, its market cap peaked at $90 million before pulling back to around $40 million. The price of BNC4 was also pushed higher, briefly breaking above $30—roughly a 10x premium over BNC's underlying stock price. Even more surreal, the "tokenized-equity paired Meme flywheel" kicked in again: BNC's actual stock indeed rose as a result, gaining over 50% in pre-market trading, with the stock price last reported at $5.50. As of press time, the stock token BNC4 has seen a sharp pullback but remains near $10.
All of the above unfolded within 3 hours, and even in such a short window, some players have already made a killing. According to Lookonchain monitoring, one trader (0xbebb…7c3f44) spent approximately $4,400 to buy 4Stock and, as of press time, is sitting on unrealized gains of $1.08 million without selling; multiple players involved in BNC4 arbitrage have been sharing profit screenshots on social media, pocketing anywhere from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Trader 0xShawn said in a post that he invested about $30,000 and ended up with roughly $230,000—completing a single-token A7 (10 million RMB) in just a few hours.
After a whirlwind of shock, regret, anxiety, and self-blame, as Meme players who missed the boat, the priority is still to learn and understand how 4Stock operates as quickly as possible—and how the whales pulled off their arbitrage.
Is 4Stock a Complement to Binance's bStock?
The timing of Four.meme launching 4Stock, coming right on the heels of CZ's post, is hard to chalk up to coincidence. According to the introduction, 4Stock brings popular stocks not yet covered by bStocks onto BNB Chain. Each 4Stock is backed 1:1 by its underlying stock asset, and once the corresponding stock goes live on bStock, 4Stock will convert its underlying stock tokens into bStock at a 1:1 ratio—completely avoiding any diversion from the official product.
Therefore, we can view 4Stock as a beneficial complement to Binance's bStock on BNB Chain. Some small-cap or penny stocks that still attract traffic can debut on 4Stock first, and only move to bStock once deemed risk-free. The relationship between 4Stock and bStock can be likened to that between Binance Alpha and the main Binance exchange.
4Stock's operating mechanism is fairly conventional. When a user applies to issue a 4Stock, Four.Meme uses the funds submitted by the user to purchase the corresponding underlying stock through a dedicated custodial account. It then issues the corresponding amount of 4Stock based on the quantity of underlying assets actually bought and held. In short, users send money to Four.Meme, which then manually purchases the stock on the equity market—given the early stage, automation is not yet supported.
That said, the Four.Meme team's "speed" deserves credit. According to the official announcement, after the launch of BNC4—the first 4Stock token pegged to the stock of BNB treasury company CEA Industries—the team has already received minting requests exceeding $2 million.
Initially, some players suspected the Four.Meme team would bottleneck the mint channel and delay releasing tokens to minters while quietly accumulating a stash to dump on the market. But as multiple arbitrageurs shared their profit screenshots, sentiment shifted back to positive.
Meme Coins Driving Small-Cap Stocks Higher—Is the Flywheel Starting?
As mentioned above, 4Stock's token issuance mechanism is entirely manual on the official side, making the mint process fairly "primitive." If a user wants to mint BNC4 now, they need to send the corresponding amount of USDC (minimum 10,000 USDC per transaction) to the designated 4Stock deposit wallet (Odaily note: the address can be found in Four.meme's official documentation). After the transfer is complete, users must also fill out and submit the 4Stock mint form. The team will process requests in order and charge a 1% minting fee (100 USDC per 10,000 USDC).
Four.meme promises to purchase the corresponding underlying asset within 24 hours of receiving USDC and mint the corresponding amount of 4Stock based on the actual quantity purchased. That tiny time gap is precisely where BNC4 arbitrageurs find their edge.
Four.meme mints BNC4 based on the market price of the underlying BNC stock, not BNC4's on-chain price. For example, trader 0xShawn invested $30,000 and received 6,666 BNC4, putting the mint price at roughly $4.50 per token. By the time he received the BNC4, the on-chain price had already surged past $30, delivering him a return of over 7x.
As of press time, BNC4 is trading near $10, while BNC's underlying stock sits at $5.50 in overnight trading, meaning there is still arbitrage room. However, BNC is inherently a small-cap stock, and with US markets currently closed, Four.meme may not be able to acquire more BNC shares at this point and will have to wait for today's US market open.
If Four.meme does buy BNC on the US market within 24 hours as promised, it will surely create massive buying pressure on BNC—making its opening price today a key figure to watch.
Compared with scam tokens like JINQIAN/FAMI, the retail short-squeeze on Wall Street 2.0, with on-chain Meme coins driving small-cap stocks higher, might genuinely be getting its flywheel started with 4Stock/BNC4.
