Ansem is now selling "new Meme endorsements," with promotion fees up to $98,000
- Core Thesis: Overseas Meme KOL Ansem has launched the Ansem.io token issuance platform, putting a clear price tag on personal influence. By charging projects promotion fees and empowering his personal token, ANSEM, the platform turns KOL influence into a monetizable product.
- Key Elements:
- The platform categorizes token launches into three tiers: Free, Gold, and Diamond. The Gold tier requires purchasing and burning approximately $23,000 worth of ANSEM, while the Diamond tier requires around $94,000. All tiers must airdrop at least 3% of tokens to ANSEM holders.
- ANSEM holders can receive free airdrops of newly launched Meme coins on the platform, with over 27,000 addresses having already received airdrops valued at approximately $580,000.
- Buoyed by the platform's positive news, ANSEM's market cap once reached $150 million, before pulling back to stabilize around $100 million. The platform has burned over 1.21 million ANSEM, worth approximately $300,000.
- The platform also introduced the Z500 leaderboard, where projects can boost their Meme ranking by purchasing BOOST items, with prices ranging from $99 to $3,999.
- Data shows that as of press time, the platform has created 690 Meme coins, of which 128 have "graduated," a graduation rate of 18%. However, only 2 Diamond-tier tokens and 5 Memes purchased BOOST.
- The minimum cost to launch a standard Meme is around $65, while pursuing maximum exposure (Diamond tier plus promotion) can cost up to $98,000, making it significantly more expensive than Pump.fun.

On the evening of August 17, overseas Meme KOL Ansem launched the Ansem.io token launch platform. The core token issuance mechanism is similar to Pump.fun, with the main differences lying in the operational layer.
In short, Ansem.io puts a price tag on Ansem's personal influence. Tokens created on the Ansem.io platform can receive the Ansem team's endorsement as long as they purchase enough "resources." The Ansem.io platform also gives significant utility to the Meme coin ANSEM, not only incentivizing Meme projects to buy and burn ANSEM, but also allowing ANSEM holders to receive free Meme airdrops. Fueled by this positive news, ANSEM's market cap briefly surged to $150 million before pulling back, and is now hovering around $100 million.
As of press time, 690 Meme coins had been created on the Ansem.io platform, with 128 successfully "graduating," a graduation rate of 18%. Over 27,000 ANSEM holder addresses have received Meme coin airdrops worth $580,000, and more than 1.21 million ANSEM tokens have been burned, valued at approximately $300,000.

However, for Meme issuers, the cost of launching tokens on Ansem.io is not cheap. In fact, it could be said that Ansem.io is essentially Ansem's personal paid promotion platform for Meme coins.
Token Launch Costs on Ansem.io Are Not Low
Ansem.io categorizes created tokens into three tiers: Free, Gold, and Diamond. For token creators, "Free" tier tokens are not truly free. The Ansem.io platform requires that creators must airdrop tokens to the ANSEM community, with a minimum airdrop ratio of 3% of the total token supply. Furthermore, the airdropped tokens must be purchased by the creator themselves and cannot be reserved.
This means that the cost for a creator to "free" launch a token is 0.874 SOL, worth approximately $65. The platform stipulates that any wallet holding at least 100 ANSEM is eligible to receive the airdrop.
Gold and Diamond tier tokens also require purchasing and burning ANSEM from the market, in addition to the ANSEM airdrop. Gold tier tokens require the purchase of 92,627 ANSEM, worth approximately $23,000, while Diamond tier tokens require purchasing 370,508 ANSEM, worth approximately $94,000. Higher-tier tokens mean higher-level endorsement: a Gold badge signifies website recognition, while a Diamond badge means the token has been personally reviewed by Ansem himself, equivalent to an explicit public endorsement.
As of press time, no Gold tier tokens had been launched by creators, but two Diamond tier tokens have been created: BULLS'S EYE (EYE) and Z, with market caps of $4.3 million and $800,000 respectively.

The above only covers the cost of creating a token; if you want more exposure, it will cost extra.
Similar to Dexscreener's fee model, Meme communities or projects that want to display additional token information such as official links (website, X, Telegram, Discord) and banners on the Ansem.io platform must pay an additional 0.5 SOL, worth approximately $37, regardless of the token's tier.
Additionally, Ansem.io has also launched a Z500 community index, which is essentially a real-time Meme ranking list.

Z500 Index
However, this ranking list also serves as a Meme exposure board. Users cannot sort it manually. To quickly improve their ranking, Meme projects need to purchase items (BOOST). Anyone can purchase items for a Meme, not just the token issuer. The pricing for these items is as follows: the lowest tier, 10x BOOST, costs $99 and lasts for 12 hours, while the highest tier, 500x BOOST, costs $3,999 and lasts for 24 hours. As of press time, only 5 Memes had purchased BOOST.

BOOST Pricing
In summary, the minimum cost for an ordinary user to launch a Meme on Ansem.io is approximately $65, while the maximum cost—creating a Diamond tier token and purchasing promotional packages for the highest exposure—can reach $98,000.
Compared to Pump.fun, this token issuance cost is far more expensive. The upside is that it effectively filters out malicious Meme launch groups that bundle and dump from the bottom. Whether projects are willing to choose the Ansem.io platform and spend tens of thousands of dollars on promotion depends on how much they believe in Ansem's personal marketing power.
Ansem's Paid Meme Promotion Platform
Ansem.io is essentially Ansem's personal paid promotion platform. The business model doesn't take a cut from token trading; instead, it earns Meme promotion fees and adds utility to the ANSEM token.
For projects, what attracts them isn't the traffic and user exposure of the Ansem.io platform itself. As a newly launched platform, Ansem.io has barely accumulated any users. What truly attracts them is Ansem's personal reach. They primarily hope that after purchasing the Ansem.io promotional packages, Ansem will post about or publicly endorse their tokens on social media. As the leading overseas Meme KOL, every move Ansem makes is monitored by countless traders, and his influence translates into real on-chain buying power.
Ansem is certainly aware of this dynamic—in fact, it's one of the reasons he launched Ansem.io. Ansem stated in an X post that various people and teams in his replies try to get his attention and pitch him tokens or projects. Once his X account shows even slight interest in a token, that token can instantly "graduate," even reaching market caps of millions of dollars. He also admitted that he has profited significantly from this.
Therefore, Ansem.io simply makes this process transparent, requiring Meme projects to channel their marketing budgets (which were often aimed at Ansem personally) into adding value to the ANSEM token. Ansem believes that "Z500 allows me to better leverage this attention flywheel effect and continuously create value."
Whether this model can continue to work in the future, or whether Ansem's credibility will eventually collapse, remains to be seen. At the very least, productizing a KOL's personal influence into a launchpad—Ansem is the first to do it.
