Avantis' AVNT token is now listed on Coinbase, becoming the first perpetual contract DEX project to be listed in four years.

Avantis announced the official launch of its ecosystem token, AVNT, becoming the first perpetual contract decentralized exchange token added to Coinbase since 2021. This historic breakthrough not only marks a significant milestone in decentralized derivatives trading, but also heralds the official entry of the trillion-dollar real-world asset trading market into the on-chain era.

Since the launch of Perpetual Protocol in 2021, Coinbase has not added any new perpetual contract DEX projects in nearly four years. The successful launch of AVNT breaks this window, fully demonstrating Avantis' technological innovation and market leadership, and also reflects Coinbase's high recognition of its long-term potential.

The AVNT token is now fully available within the Coinbase ecosystem, accessible through Coinbase.com, the Coinbase mobile app, and the Coinbase Advanced professional trading platform. Institutional investors can also access trading directly through Coinbase Exchange. According to an official announcement, AVNT spot trading officially launched on September 9th, and the AVNT-USD trading pair will be fully available in supported regions once liquidity conditions are met.

AVNT offers multiple benefits to stakers, including basic staking rewards, up to a 3x XP bonus in the third quarter, discounted transaction fees, and significant governance voting rights, allowing community members to directly influence the future direction of AVNT.
