I recently saw someone betting on League of Legends matches on Polymarket, earning 80%-100% profit on every game (given my years of League of Legends experience and confidence, I could actually "make money" too). So, I became obsessed with all kinds of emerging prediction platforms, and I took the opportunity to search for and summarize new prediction market projects that are available recently (perhaps the most worthwhile review of the most promising prediction market platforms on the entire web).

This issue will not introduce projects that are more familiar to people in the industry, such as Polymarket, Kalshi, and Manifold (recommended reading: " The Evolution of the Prediction Market in 2025: From Polymarket Carnival to Kalshi Compliance and Social Embedded Explosion "). It will also exclude those that are outrageous, abstract, and high-risk. The main focus is on promoting new projects that have potential and can make money.

Since I have found a lot of new projects to play with, considering that readers can digest them all at once, I plan to complete them in two parts (Part 1 and Part 2). Today I will first present 9 of them, and the second part will be released this week. Stay tuned:

Gondor (Forecast Position Lending)

Introduction: Gondor is committed to developing DeFi gameplay for prediction market protocols. It has currently launched a lending protocol based on Polymarket positions. Gondor allows users to pledge long-term prediction event positions on Polymarket for lending, thereby releasing the capital locked when betting on the long-term market. Its angel round of financing was supported by Maven 11.

How to participate: Users can try out the Beta version and borrow USDC assets corresponding to Polymarket positions through a 20-minute conference call with Gondor.

opinions.fun (opinion prediction)

Introduction: opinions.fun is a prediction market platform on Solana, powered by Meteora and Kaito. Essentially, it transforms opinions into prediction markets. Opinions.fun leverages Kaito's mindshare and smart engagement to track the most controversial/spread opinions on CT. Once these opinions reach a certain level, they are automatically converted into tradable markets. Among them:

opinions.fun is more crypto-native in this recommendation, with the largest share of the crypto prediction market.

Participation: Permissionless, anyone can publish an idea market. Creating a market requires paying the Solana network fee, and a 2% fee is charged for each transaction.

Trepa (Prediction Accuracy)

Introduction: Trepa is a prediction platform based on the Solana ecosystem. At the end of August, it announced the completion of a $420,000 Pre-Seed round of financing, led by Colosseum (Trepa is also the winning project in the Colosseum Hackathon Consumer Application Category), with participation from angel investors such as Ignight Capital and former Coinbase CTO Balaji Srinivasan.

Unlike other prediction platforms that only have binary prediction options, Trepa emphasizes prediction accuracy. The higher the accuracy, the higher the reward. For example, the price of a certain cryptocurrency, the exchange rate between fiat currencies, etc., can all be presented through more precise numbers.

How to participate: The BETA version application has been opened. Users only need to fill in the information to join the Trepa BETA version.

Upshot (novel gameplay, early stage)

Introduction: Upshot is a prediction card protocol, more like a card-drawing game. Users can purchase packs on the platform. Packs include prediction cards, cash, or other real-world assets, such as tickets or merchandise. The game combines cards, prediction markets, and real-world assets. Each card contains a prediction and a prize, which must be claimed.

How to participate: Upshot is now live on the testnet and has opened a waitlist. Users can fill in their information in the link of the pinned tweet of its official X account to join the waitlist.

Upside (early alpha)

Introduction: Upside is a social prediction protocol based on the Base network, backed by Jason Choi and Arthur Hayes, partners at The Spartan Group. This is my second recommendation. For more information, see " 7 New Projects Worth Watching Recently ."

The second recommendation is because its current prediction content is not much (mostly in the crypto sector), and its winning rate is high. It is also the most cost-effective prediction protocol at present.

How to participate: Get an invitation link, or if you'd like to try it out, send a private message to my account X ("Carry the Order King") and DM me your wallet address (I'll recommend everyone to qualify and participate in Upside). Once qualified, log in with your wallet to earn credits. Each credit is good for one prediction. There's a $1,000 daily prize pool, and you can redeem your credits to participate.

The points qualification is: you can get 1 point if your total assets on ETH, Base, Optimism, and Arbitrum (USDC, aUSDC, USDT, aUSDT, ETH, wETH) reach $1,000, or you can get points by completing corresponding tasks.

The high prediction success rate is due to the fact that the token price is predicted to be within an adjustable range, similar to range trading. The smaller the price range you provide, the greater the reward you will receive. The project will send the corresponding USDC to your wallet the next day after winning. (See below)

The Clearing Company (large financing)

Introduction: The Clearing Company is a prediction market platform founded by former Polymarket and Kalshi employees. In August, it announced the completion of a $15 million seed round of financing, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Compound, and others.

The company's website shows that Toni Gemayel, formerly head of growth at Polymarket and Kalshi, will serve as CEO of The Clearing Company. The team also includes many former Polymarket employees.

Its CEO stated that it will create a permissionless and regulated on-chain prediction protocol and will also work to improve liquidity to support the prediction protocol. Currently, its official website shows that it will have sections such as sports, entertainment, crypto, and politics.

How to participate: A waiting list was previously open and required email participation, but the waiting channel has now been closed. You can continue to pay attention or wait for the waiting list to be reopened and the project progress.

kash (Alpah phase)

Introduction: Kash is an innovative social prediction platform. Built on the Base network and integrated with X, Kash allows users to create and participate in prediction markets directly within the X interface by interacting with @kash_bot. Its advantages include:

No separate platform required;

AI creates markets in real time based on X trend;

Low threshold, no KYC required, non-custodial wallet (automatically generated), platform bears the handling fee;

Based on Base, it ensures fast and low-cost transactions.

Users only need to enter its website and register through X account authorization to join the early qualification and participate in relevant market forecast events

In terms of security, although the wallet is automatically generated, Kash does not have access to the user's wallet. Transactions require personal signatures, and login requires an X account. Therefore, Kash's security essentially relies on the X platform.

How to participate:

DM @kash_bot to get an invitation link, or visit the website and register for early access through X. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to "Get early access to Kash." Log in through X. Then, deposit Base Network tokens into an automatically generated non-custodial wallet via an exchange or wallet. Melee (early closed beta)

Introduction: Melee is a prediction platform on Solana. According to its official introduction, Melee is a combination of pump.fun and Polymarket, transforming predictions into memes. Any user can create a prediction market, with events pegged to Meme tokens. Essentially, it tokenizes attention, allowing not only betting on predicted events but also increasing liquidity and trading through the virality of memes. This effectively addresses the short-term liquidity shortage of medium- to long-term predictions, allowing for high short-term returns on long-term predictions. It's a platform worthy of attention.

How to Participate: Unfortunately, I'm only on the waitlist and haven't participated in the beta yet, so I haven't experienced it myself yet. I'll update this article once I do. Users can join the waitlist through the website and stay active on X and TG to get in early. It seems some beta testers are actually earning high returns.

Trendle (Attention Economy)

Introduction: Trendle is a relatively early-stage project (the first post on its official X account was published on September 5th). Inspired by Vitalik's " Vitalik's New Article: From Prediction Markets to Information Finance ," Trendle evolves beyond predicting yes/no to become AttentionFi (Attention Finance). Trendle is developing a platform that makes sentiment tradable through a transparent, attention-based incentive system, establishing attention itself as an asset class.

How to participate: The official announcement states that a closed beta version will be launched soon, so stay tuned. However, how attention will be traded remains a mystery. If this type of transaction is simply about whether ETH will die out, it's not surprising.
