Last week, ZERO, the first project released by Analysoor, adopted a unique lottery winning method (9.5% winning rate), which attracted a lot of attention; especially after ZERO was launched, it once increased by more than 30 times from the issue price, allowing the winners to receive an incredible amount of money. The profits from the Philippines have also raised the community’s expectations for Analysoor’s second project, ONE.
ONE was initially scheduled to start Mint at 1:30 a.m. on December 17, Beijing time, but it was later postponed to 22:00 yesterday due to technical glitches. Odaily takes you to review the lively atmosphere of the community during the casting last night and some views on the ONE project.

Basic introduction to ONE: Using lottery casting again
The ONE project is the second project released by Analysoor and the first NFT collection. The ONE project is the same as the ZERO project and is also issued on the Solana chain. Its total amount is 10,000. Mint time is 12.18 10 pm Beijing time, and a unique lottery mechanism will continue to be used for Mint:
Users click Mint to draw a lottery, and the unit price of each lottery is 0.05 SOL;
Only one address in each block can receive NFT (note: no refunds will be given if you do not win);
The entire network will draw the lottery at the same time, and the entire Mint lottery process lasts for one and a half hours.
It is worth noting that the ONE issued by Analysoor this time is the same as when it issued ZERO. It still uses SOL as the lottery token and does not use ZERO, the first project it issued, as the lottery token.This has further increased the enthusiasm of community members to participate in the ONE project lottery (of course, the lack of empowerment of ZERO also caused its price to be cut in half twice).

Let me smoke it again and I can hit it!
As it approached 10pm last night, the community was gearing up for the ONE casting to begin. The website was a little laggy at first, but the overall operating experience was passable.
However, community users soon discovered that the difficulty of successful casting this time was much higher than the first time, and the winning rate was so low that many users began to complain in the community.
Ive drawn 20 times, why havent I won? Isnt ZEROs winning rate close to 10% at that time?
Hurry up and draw. The winning rate is low in the front. After a while, there will be fewer people drawing. Hurry up!
I finally won, I want to continue drawing! I want at least 10 times the profit from the opening!
After 60 draws, I finally hit the mark. I dont want to draw anymore.
……
In the screenshots circulated by community users, Odaily discovered,There are users who have drawn nearly 300 times but failed to win a single lottery, and the winning rate is 0; there are also users who have drawn 18 times and won 18 times in a row, and the winning rate is 100%. There are also users who, after initially drawing 16 times and winning 3 lots, firmly believed that they were the Chosen One and continued to cast. Finally, after drawing 96 times, they still maintained the winning number of 3 lots.The fate of human beings is not the same. European emperors or African chiefs are vividly demonstrated at this moment.

After seeing the madness of the community, the project team kept posting to emphasize that this minting will last for one and a half hours, reminding that there is no need to rush Mint, add GAS and other operations. However, the FOMO sentiment in the community continued to rise, and everyone desperately participated in the Mint lottery, and spending all the SOL in their wallets became a goal.
Crazy on-chain data
The Mint lottery data for nearly an hour and a half was almost crazy. According to the final official statistics, 25,000 independent addresses participated, and there were a total of 536,136 Mint attempts for the lottery. In the end, there were 5837 NFT holders (some addresses won more than one sign). As shown in the figure below, the lottery probability is calculated based on the top 10 addresses with the number of draws: the average winning probability is about 2%. Compared with the average winning probability of the first project ZREO, which is 9.5%, the probability of this lottery has dropped significantly. It can also reflect everyone’s enthusiasm for the ONE lottery from the side.

In addition, judging from the participating addresses of the lottery website, most of the participants are Chinese, and there are very few European and American users.

Secondary market situation
After the lottery, the official originally planned to distribute NFT within one hour, but in the end, it was postponed in order to sort out the huge data.
At around 3:30 this morning, the official began to distribute NFT to the winning address. Users who received the NFT as soon as the market opened can sell it at around 18 SOL. Based on an average winning rate of 2%, the cost is about 2.5 SOL, and the opening return rate of a single NFT exceeds 600%. As the official issued NFTs to the winning address one after another, the floor price dropped all the way to around 4.5 SOL, which is currently less than double the profit margin.

For ONE holders, the most concerning question is, does the project party really use the SOL received to provide project liquidity? It can be seen from the on-chain data that Analysoor has indeed used all the SOL raised in the lottery to provide ONEs liquidity as promised. The picture below shows the officially announced wallet. Analysoor placed 9,800 offer orders at a price of 2.51 SOL. The total value of the pending orders is equivalent to nearly 25,000 SOL. Currently, the wallet has 51.36 SOL left. If you are optimistic about the follow-up of this project, you can pay attention when the price drops again.

Finally, the official gave two links to the secondary market trading platform of the NFT. If you participate in trading, be sure to read the trading platform clearly and be careful to prevent wallet assets from being stolen.
Why is the community crazy about Analysoor?
The second project ONE released by Analysoor this time, even if the average winning probability is only 2%, it cannot stop everyone’s enthusiasm to spend 0.05 SOL to win the lottery. There are two main reasons:
The first is to avoid the problem of jumping the gun.Recently, various public chains have been launching their inscription projects. Although the popular inscription projects of many public chains are available at the first time and indeed have high profits, at the moment when scientists are everywhere, there are private nodes and multiple nodes everywhere. Open operation, 24-hour script Bot, etc., there is no chance of hands-on. Even if the Hand Rubbing Party is caught in the first-level casting stage, because the number of hits is limited, the yield is high but the amount of profit is pitifully low.
ONE effectively solves this problem. Even if you run a script, you spend money every time you draw, and the address selected in each block is completely random, and no one has a first-mover advantage. The whole lottery process lasted for nearly an hour and a half, and both the scientist and the hand rub had enough time to draw the prize. Because of this, it is easy for most retail investors to get in. Even if they dont win at the beginning, they are still willing to draw again and again to gain high profits.
The second is to raise funds to increase liquidity and boost community confidence. Some blockchain projects claimed at the beginning of the sale that the funds obtained would be used for the long-term development of the project, but there was a lack of transparency, and users did not know whether it ended up in the issuers own pocket. On the other handAnalysoor, whether it is providing liquidity for ZERO tokens in the first phase or conducting BID for ONE in the second phase, all previous commitments have been fulfilled. In particular, the liquidity of NFT itself is weaker than that of tokens. If the project party is really willing to back the project, it will also provide enough confidence for the holders.
At present, Analysoor does provide a single offer of nearly 25,000 SOL, and the price of the offer is also the average cost price, so that users who win the first-level lottery do not lose money as much as possible. The figure below shows the official revenue from selling at 7 SOL and 2.5 SOL for those who participated in the lottery the most.

Finally, according to the latest news on the official Twitter, the project team currently has no plans to launch new projects, but is instead working on building a Launchpad service platform. If you didn’t win in last night’s draw or missed the draw, you may want to pay attention to the upcoming Launchpad service platform, where new high-quality projects may emerge. In addition, the official Discord will be opened soon, so interested friends should pay attention.
