Today's major social media are basically controlled by centralized giants. Not only is the content created by users limited, but the traffic revenue generated by the content is also unbalanced. Many creators are turning their attention to decentralized content platforms.

A project called Bulletin Board System (BBS) Network aims at the content market and tries to change the above problems.

The revenue generated by the platform is shared among all BBS Network ecosystem participants in a fully automated, transparent and market-driven manner.

Content monetization is only the first feature of BBS Network, and another significant advantage is anti-censorship. BBS Network message board software utilizes blockchain technology as a public database, which means that all BBS users, content and wallets can always be recovered and can never be censored, shut down, seized or altered by anyone, not even BBS itself. In simple terms, BBS Network is like a decentralized version of Reddit forum with moderators.
