The Bitcoin network can now be visualized in real time in 3D, as @BrandonPirie_ launches Still Running
Odaily reports: Bitcoin News posted on X that @BrandonPirie_ has launched an interactive 3D visualization tool called Still Running, allowing users to view transactions, mining activity, and new blocks in the Bitcoin network in real time. Each light point represents a transaction awaiting confirmation, with higher-fee transactions displayed closer to the center; a real-time counter estimates the number of hash attempts made by global mining pools competing to generate the next block.
Once a block is generated, the tool highlights the winning mining pool and adds the block to the blockchain visualization history dating back to 2009. Users can also enter a transaction ID to watch a transaction progress from the mempool into a confirmed block. Bitcoin blocks are generated on average every 10 minutes, and the network has been running for nearly 18 years.
