Withdrawal notice expanded to users in four countries, Binance to charge monthly fee and close affected accounts by year-end

Odaily reports: A Binance spokesperson stated that following the end of the MiCA transition period, Binance is gradually restricting certain services for affected users and notifying users in Spain, France, Italy, and Poland to withdraw their crypto assets as soon as possible. Currently, the relevant accounts can no longer deposit funds but can still withdraw, and assets remain safe and accessible. Starting November 29, remaining cryptocurrency balances in the accounts will be charged a fee of 0.025% per month or 10 USDC, whichever is higher; affected accounts will be closed on December 31, 2026.
