Deposits, withdrawals, and loan management functions fully restored; Loopscale to publish technical post-mortem report

Odaily: Loopscale has announced that deposit and withdrawal functions for all vaults have now been restored, and loan management functions have also fully returned to normal. A detailed technical post-mortem report will be published soon. Previously, Loopscale suffered a sustained attack and the protocol was paused, though user funds were not affected.
