CZ: Binance's stolen fund gap is approximately $2 billion, and SPCX holdings worth over $1 billion can cover most of it
Odaily report: According to CZ's monitoring, Binance suffered losses of approximately $6 billion in this hack, of which $3 billion has been frozen, the SAFU fund accounts for approximately $1 billion, and the remaining funding gap is approximately $2 billion. CZ stated that Binance holds SPCX stock worth more than $1 billion, which can cover most of the gap, and said the remaining gap is "still painful, but manageable." This portion of the stock comes from the $500 million Binance invested when it participated in Elon Musk's acquisition of Twitter. CZ previously stated that the actual loss may be slightly higher, but Binance will bear it.
