Anthropic does not expect to pay dividends in the future and warns that revenue growth may be difficult to sustain

Odaily reports: In its IPO filing, Anthropic stated that the company's revenue growth may be difficult to sustain and that it does not expect to pay any dividends for the foreseeable future.

Additionally, under the SpaceXAI-related arrangement, Anthropic agreed to spend up to $120.5 billion in aggregate over a period ending in 2029. The company also noted that, without appropriate regulation, advanced AI systems could pose catastrophic or even existential risks to humanity.

Anthropic also disclosed that its co-founders have each pledged 80% of their personal equity holdings in the company to charitable causes.
