Anthropic Discloses IPO Filing: High-Value Customers Grow to 11,900, Future Growth May Slow
Odaily: Anthropic disclosed in its IPO filing that the number of customers contributing more than $100,000 in annual revenue increased year-over-year from 950 to over 11,900. However, the company warned that future growth rates may decline, and the current revenue growth pace may be difficult to sustain.
In addition, Anthropic disclosed that under SpaceXAI-related arrangements, the company has agreed to spend up to $120.5 billion cumulatively through 2029, and expects not to pay dividends for the foreseeable future.
On corporate governance, Anthropic has established a long-term benefit trust, plans to issue special shares held by Class T directors, and repurchased approximately 4.5 million Series B preferred shares in October 2025.
Anthropic also stated that it will devote a significant portion of its resources to ensuring the safety of frontier AI, and noted that advanced AI systems lacking appropriate regulation could pose catastrophic or even existential risks to humanity.
