Odaily: Solana Company has announced that it has been recognized as a strategic enterprise by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) and selected for the seventh batch of strategic enterprises list. The company is the only blockchain infrastructure enterprise introduced by the office in 2026. Solana Company has already established an office in Hong Kong as the company's Asia-Pacific headquarters and regional operations base, with its management team overseeing Asia-Pacific business. The company plans to conduct validator node operations in Hong Kong through the Pacific Backbone initiative.
