UNITREE perpetual contract surges 13.82% in 24 hours, negative funding rate continues to widen

Odaily reports: According to OKX market data, the UNITREE perpetual contract on Hyperliquid is currently trading at $80.285, up 13.82% in 24 hours, having touched an intraday high of $81.745. Meanwhile, Unitree Robotics' A-shares are trading at 550.04 yuan, up 10.91%, following a 16.15% gain in the previous trading session.

As the price continues to rebound, the negative funding rate for the UNITREE perpetual contract has further widened. Hyperliquid's current reference hourly funding rate is -0.11909%, while Binance's reference funding rate per 4 hours is -0.49352%. Of Hyperliquid's most recent 24 settlement rounds, 17 were negative, with a cumulative funding rate of approximately -0.66825%.

Additionally, UNITREE's 24-hour trading volume is approximately $42.86 million, with open interest at about $20.99 million. Despite the price rebound, two long positions each exceeding $1 million remain underwater by a combined approximate loss of $1.0476 million, with a weighted average entry price of $90.41.

On the news front, Unitree Robotics will host the World Physical AI Conference and Partner Ecosystem Conference on October 22, and is expected to disclose its third-quarter financial report on October 29.
